Yale College (1887- ). Class of 1899

The collection comprises forty-seven journals begun while Robbins Battell Anderson was a freshman at Yale and continuing throughout his life, containing almost daily entries of his activities. More in-depth material includes entries relating to the attack on Pearl Harbor and political commentary on wartime events.

Statistician. Chiefly course materials from his years at Yale College, including lecture notes, composition books, copies of term papers, study digest, etc. Also included are items from his grammar school.

The records consist of correspondence, questionnaires, memoranda, log books, memorabilia, agendas, minutes, photograph albums, and finanical reports from class council and executive council meetings, and statistical charts and reports of Yale College classes. Materials concerning the Sheffield Scientic School Class of 1920 are also included.
