Paul Rand papers
The Paul Rand papers consist of sketches and drawings, artwork, proofs, mechanical art, paste-ups, source material, book jackets, realia, photographs and negatives, textiles, and posters documenting the career of graphic designer Paul Rand. It also contains material documenting Rand's artistic process and professional relationships, including correspondence, teaching materials, published books, newspaper clippings, and research files.
Eero Saarinen collection
The Eero Saarinen collection includes drawings, photographs, correspondence, writings, clippings, and audio-visual material relating to Saarinen's professional work as an architect, as well as a small amount of personal material created by himself and his wife, Aline Saarinen. A small amount of material in this collection documents the work of his father, architect Eliel Saarinen.
Technology and Society Collection
The collection consists of correspondence, research data, interviews, statistics, reports, and printed material compiled to document studies made in twelve American companies by the Yale Technology Project and related material.
