Pierson family papers

Overview: Three women, two of the nineteenth century, are represented in the Pierson family papers. There are two notebooks kept by two sisters: Margaret H. Pierson, with notes on her reading at Vassar College, and Louise R. Pierson with a notebook on a sewing course at the Pratt Institute. Also a diary (1926) on a trip to Europe kept by Laura Pierson, probably a cousin.
