Mary Cecelia Pease (1892-1975): Daughter of Helen Blanche Pease. Married Reginald J. Mounsey (1884-) in 1921. Reginald appears to have served in WWI, as part of the Durham Light Infantry. Listed in WWI Medal Rolls Index 1914-1920. Their children are: Dorothy Helen, Priscilla Mary, Anthony Edward, David Reginald, and Margaret Lucy Mounsey.

Contains 54 individual pieces of artwork and a "Scholastic Drawing Book" by Mary Cecelia Pease. The drawings and paintings are in graphite and/or watercolor and represent a wide array of subject matter, from botanicals to portraits, still lifes, landscapes, and others. Many of the watercolors have tiny holes in them, suggesting they may have been pinned up somewhere (Mary’s schoolroom at home perhaps?) or perhaps simply from being pinned to a drawing board/easel.
