This collection focuses on World War II era activities of and relating to Adam Opel Aktiengesellschaft, a German firm in which the General Motors Corporation (GM) purchased a controlling interest in 1928. The collection materials were assembled as part of a 1999-2000 research project under the auspices of GM.
