Gloria Robinson student papers
Abstract
Gloria Robinson (1924-2017) was a painter and medical illustrator. After completing a PhD in History of Science and Medicine from the Yale School of Medicine in 1969 she was a research affiliate and lecturer in the Yale History of Medicine Department and author of A Prelude to Genetics: Theories of a Material Substance of Heredity From Darwin to Weissman. The collection contains notes, papers, and syllabi from the History of Medicine course she attended in 1963-1964 while working on her PhD at Yale.
