Series II: Writings, 1789-1806
Scope and Contents
Series II, Writings, is organized into two subseries: Memoirs and Other Writings. Memoirs is arranged in sequential order according to La Revelliere-Lepeaux's pagination and titling. Other Writings is arranged alphabetically by title. Where noted, document descriptions and transcriptions have been retained and foldered with the original document. Unless otherwise indicated, all documents are in French and dates have been converted to the Gregorian calendar.

Access Information
The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections. You will need to bring appropriate photo ID the first time you register. Beinecke is a non-circulating, closed stack library. Paging is done by library staff during business hours. You can request collection material online at least two business days in advance of your visit, using the request links in Archives at Yale.
