Series III contains four boxes of alphabetically arranged correspondence. All letters have been placed in chronological order in each folder and individuals have been given separate listings whenever there are five or more items to or from that person.

The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections.
