Series VI: Photographs
Scope and Contents
The Photographs series contains portraits of Guthrie at various stages of his life, including pictures of him as a child, at book signings, and with colleagues at conferences; family photographs, including pictures of his first wife Harriet Larson and other relatives; and photos of his 1950 trip down the Missouri River with Bernard DeVoto and William J. Lederer.

The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections.
