Scope and Contents
Other Papers includes personal and legal papers, diaries, notebooks, an address book, "Speak-O-Phone personal phonograph" sound recordings, lists of books read by Ewing, printed material, writings of others, and a sculpture of an unidentified head. Filed at the end of the series are two writings on Ewing, "Going Nowhere: A Study of Max Anderson Ewing" by William John McAfee III and "From Pioneer to Fame and Back: The Selected Correspondence of Max Ewing" by Wallace K. Ewing.

Access Information
The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections. You will need to bring appropriate photo ID the first time you register. Beinecke is a non-circulating, closed stack library. Paging is done by library staff during business hours.
