Scope and Contents
Twenty-four ALS, twenty-seven TLS, and one ANS written on a card, regarding the publication of articles, reviews, and literary works by Bates and others in the Boston Transcript. One letter is addressed to Mr. Hartt, two to Mr. Tracy, and the remainder to Edwin F. Edgett. The letter of 1929 February 17, includes a TMS of her poem "Washington in Defeat."

Access Information
The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections.
