Scope and Contents

This accession consists of programs, legal cases, and publications documenting the work of David Hawkins, director of the climate policy, climate, and clean energy program at the Natural Resources Defense Council. Materials in this series focus primarily on clean air, particularly the Clean Air Act, and the handling and disposal of mercury. There are also reports and research on climate change and regulation reform.
