Consists primarily of records of the officer responsible for the financial and administrative affairs of the University (including the Treasurer, Vice-President for Finance, Vice-President for Administration, and Vice-President for Finance and Adminisrration), as well as records dealing with broad financial and administrative issues. Records in this classification document the entire range of financial and administrative functions, particularly for earlier years when the Treasurer had direct responsibility for all financial activities. Records documenting more specific functions, especially for later years when more specialized offices were established to handle those functions, may be found in other sections of YRG5. Records documenting the financial and administrative functions of schools, departments, libraries, and other divisions of the University may be found within the records of the particular division.
