Biographical / Historical
Peter Libassi was born on April 20, 1930 in New York City. He received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1951, and his LL.B. from Yale University in 1954. He has held positions in state and national government, including general counsel for the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, 1977-1979; private industry, and higher education.
