All diaries, except those by anonymous writers, are catalogued. Cards are filed in the catalogue under author, subject, and geographical location.

The Michael F. Campbell diary is also available on microfilm (290 frames on 1 reel, 35 mm.) from Manuscripts and Archives, Yale University Library, at cost. Order no. HM212.

Arrangement
The diaries are arranged alphabetically by diarist name, beginning with anonymous entries, and assigned sequential numbers which appear in the folder column for boxes 1-18. The remainder of the diaries are also assigned sequential numbers, however, there is no alphabetical order.
