Biographical / Historical

Revisionist Zionism is a right wing faction of the Zionist movement originally developed by Ze'ev Jabotinsky. Advocating for a "revision of the 'practical Zionism'" of David Ben-Gurion and Chaim Weizmann, the revisionist movement distinguished itself from other ideologies within Zionism by its belief in territorial maximalism, insisting upon the Jewish right to sovereignty over the entire territory of Eretz Israel. The Revisionist Movement led to the development of the Likud Party in Israel.
