Bates family papers
Miscellaneous papers of the Bates family of Springfield, Massachusetts. One of the two principal figures is Elijah Bates (Y.1794) with accounts of his expenses at Yale College, some notes on his reading and the text of a play in which he took part. Isaac Chapman Bates (Y.1802) is represented with a petition to the president of Yale College, two letters and an obituary notice.
Battell family papers
The papers consist of ninety-four family letters (1810-1853), the diaries of Sarah Robbins Battell and three of her daughters, and twenty-seven letters (1889-1894) to Robbins Battell.
Beer family papers
William Henry Bennett family papers
Mainly family correspondence between William H. Bennett, his wife, and father containing news of Hampton, Conn., student life at Yale College (ca. 1860s), and family news from the Bennetts in the Mid-West. There are also photographs and essays on the New York Produce Exchange, as well as photographs of tea cultivation in India and China and of a survey party at the Nicaragua canal.

Correspondence, notebooks, examination questions, photographs and memorabilia almost all related to Collins' student years at Yale. Also included are letters from his years at the Hotchkiss School and memorabilia from his European tour in 1902. The notebooks and other papers of his son-in-law, Jeremiah H. Bartholomew, Jr., from his years at Yale College (1920-1924) are also in the papers.

Duyckinck family papers
A Brooklyn, New York family descended from Evert Duyckinck of the Netherlands. The principal figure is Whitehead C. Duyckinck of the Yale University Class of 1865. Most of his papers consist of correspondence with former classmates on class matters. Also in the papers are legal and financial papers of the Duyckinck family (1736-1912), specifications for a house to be built on Clark Street in New York, a photograph of Evert A. Duyckinck, and assorted memorabilia.

Included are account books, diaries, military records, genealogies and architectural plans for meeting houses at Southbury, Roxbury and Oxford, Conn. Also the papers of Charles Fabrique (1817-1889) containing his correspondence while at Yale College, diaries and account books.
