Centerbrook Architects and Planners records
The records consist of architectural and working/detail drawings of institutional, public, and private projects undertaken by Centerbrook Architects and Planners, LLC, as well as documentation of projects by pre-Centerbrook firms M/L/T/W Moore-Turnbull, Charles W. Moore Associates, and Moore Grover Harper. Relevant photographs, slides, correspondence, and newspaper clippings are included.
Cooper, Robertson & Partners records
The records, dated 1979 to 2008, consist of drawings, press clippings, reports, photographs, and other project-related materials for a portion of the architectural work undertaken by the New York firm Cooper, Robertson & Partners. The drawings include sketches, schematics, site plans, and working and record drawings. The collection also comprises press materials pertaining to the firm's two founding partners, Alexander Cooper and Jaquelin Robertson.
H. Page Cross papers
Photographs of architectural designs and finished work executed by H. Page Cross. Included are photographs of commercial, institutional and residential buildings with both interior and exterior views. A small amount of funiture design is also shown. Among the projects are floor plans for the Museum of Modern Art, the Foxcroft School, Trinity Episcopal Church of Upperville, Virginia, and designs for Paul Mellon residences in Virginia, Massachusetts, and the British West Indies.
Harold Washington Library Center collection
The collection consists of submission proposals and technical specifications from the five architectural firms that participated in the Harold Washington Library Center competition in Chicago in 1988. Also included are public comments and records of the Technical Review Committee.
Henry Killam Murphy papers
The papers consist of architectural drawings, project files, photographs, correspondence, and ephemera documenting Henry Killam Murphy, particularly in his roles as a founding partner in the New Haven firm Murphy & Dana, and the New York City firm Murphy, McGill & Hamlin.
Eero Saarinen collection
The Eero Saarinen collection includes drawings, photographs, correspondence, writings, clippings, and audio-visual material relating to Saarinen's professional work as an architect, as well as a small amount of personal material created by himself and his wife, Aline Saarinen. A small amount of material in this collection documents the work of his father, architect Eliel Saarinen.
