Correspondence, writings, printed material, and artwork by or relating to Walter Savage Landor. Correspondence includes 12 ALS to William Allingham, an open letter to Ralph Waldo Emerson, and 2 ALS to Frances Milton Trollope. The writings include three sets of proof-sheets for Dry Sticks, a printed copy of Gebir, Count Julian, and other poems, with copious ms. corrections, excisions, etc. Accompanying material includes three pencil portraits of Landor by William Wetmore Story.

Arthur Lee diaries and papers

The bulk of this collection consists of diaries kept by sculptor Arthur Lee between 1914 and 1959. The diaries document Lee's artistic and intellectual life in Greenwich Village and New York City throughout the middle of the 20th century, and include some drawings. The collection also includes sketchbooks, drawings, photographs, correspondence, printed material, and other papers by or relating to Lee.

Gustaf E. Lindskog Papers

Abstract:

Thoracic surgeon Gustaf Lindskog was a member of the Department of Surgery from 1933 until his retirement in 1971. He chaired the department from 1948 to 1966. The collection consists primarily of his reports as head of the Thoracic Surgery Service of New Haven Hospital, talks including history of surgery lectures given at Yale, medical illustrations, and reprints. The restricted boxes contain Lindskog's notes on his surgical operations on named patients.
