Also included are student translations from Latin and Greek, and correspondence and memorabilia from his years at Yale College, 1865-1869.

His research on tuberculosis, for which he received a grant in 1925 is also documented here.
The papers consist of letters exchanged by Oliver and Otis Baker, both graduates of Yale. Also included are letters to Otis Baker from his sister, Hannah Baker Lang, and letters to both Oliver and Otis Baker from others. A declamation by Oliver Baker is also part of the papers. There is reference to and some description of Yale life, interesting comments on being a teacher, and general comments on what life was like for a young man of the time.
The collection consists of programs, scripts, and memorabilia relating to folk, theatrical, and historical pageants collected by George Pierce Baker in the early part of the twentieth century. The collection includes a copy of the pageant George Pierce Baker authored for the American Society of Engineers.
