Collection of papers relating to the career of California real estate agent Fred H. Brice, 1923-1978. Includes 105 file folders documenting property transactions in Alameda County and Contra Costa County; 120 remittance receipts from real estate and insurance firm Mason-McDuffie Co.; an accounting ledger recording expenses and income; and a record book with tipped-in paperwork, including contracts and correspondence with buyers and sellers.

Charles Astor Bristed notebooks and other material
The collection contains seventeen notebooks from Bristed's undergraduate and graduate studies at Yale and Cambridge universities from the late 1830s to mid 1840s, chiefly on classical authors and texts, including translations, and mathematics, as well as a catalog of his books, several letters, a diary, a receipt, and two printed books, including Bristed's Anacreontics, published under the pseudonym Carl Benson.

Katharine Brush papers
The Katharine Brush papers consist chiefly of material relating to an unpublished novel by Brush entitled "Lover Come Back". The novel, started in the early 1940s, went through multiple revisions and had a working title of "Story of Sylvia". Materials relating to the work include research files, outlines and synopses, drafts, and supplementary material, such as excerpts, discards, and schedules. The papers also include research files on military topics.
