Abstract:
The collection consists of correspondence to, from, and about Aïdé; his diary for a trip to Switzerland in the second half of 1870, a scrapbook of reviews of his work, and miscellaneous poetry and prose pieces. The correspondence is both personal and business oriented, including letters from publishers, editors and friends regarding the publicaton of novels and songs.
