York Square Trustees records
Minutes of meetings, financial and legal records, and correspondence of the York Square Trustees, organized in 1834 to maintain a park between Broadway and Ashmun Street in New Haven, Connecticut. Many of the papers document the Trustees' losing battle to maintain the park against the city of New Haven, the Hebrew Ladies' Orphan Society, and other institutions wishing to build on the land.
Robert Ralph Young papers
The papers consist of correspondence, business files, autobiographical and other writings, photographs and other materials documenting the business career and personal life of Robert R. Young. The collection documents Young's efforts to take control of the Alleghany Corporation and the New York Central Railroad. The papers also include materials concerning the lives of his wife, Anita O'Keeffe Young, and his daughter, Eleanor Young.
Jen Yu-wen papers
The papers document Jen Yu-wen's (Jian Youwen) research and writings on the Taiping Rebellion (1850-1866) and General Feng Yuxiang. The papers include drafts ofThe Taiping Revolutionary Movement, correspondence, articles and clippings.

The collection consists of printed material and photographs relating to political, economic, and social conditions in Zambia.
Emanuel Zeid New Haven slide collection
The collection consists of 35mm film slides (color and black and white) relating to New Haven area buildings, sites, and people, 1950-1979, with an emphasis on urban redevelopment projects, construction, and political events. A group of slides relating to New England log homes is also included.
John Zeleny papers
Largely reprints of papers by John Zeleny (1897-1945), together with a volume of laboratory notes kept during his attendance at the University of Berlin (1897), biographical information, photographs, and a testimonial book presented to Zeleny upon his retirement in 1940.
Sophia Tierong Zhu papers
The papers include correspondence, writings, and photographs relating to the life and career of Sophia Tierong Zhu. Autobiographical writings about Zhu and her husband, Zhang Ifan, who were both victims of anti-rightist movements in China, comprise a substantive part of the papers. The collection also documents Zhu's close relationship with many English Language Instructors from Yale University.
