Charles Templeman Loram papers
The papers consist of correspondence, articles, reports, notes, lectures, memorabilia, and other papers of Charles Templeman Loram, educator and professor of education in South Africa and at Yale. Included are papers both from his work at Yale and his earlier work as an educational administrator in South Africa. There is also one box of records from the South Africa Native Affairs Commission.

South African poster collection
The collection consists of over three hundred posters and related oversized material which document the government and politics of South Africa, primarily from the era of apartheid to the first democratic elections open to all races in 1994. Many of the posters represent numerous political parties, organizations against apartheid, and voter education groups. The cultural life of the country is represented by materials pertaining to South African poets and artists.
