Abstract: The archives document the work of an organization run by women for women. They provide insight into developing concepts of the role of Christian literature and related artwork overseas. The Committee was formed in 1912 under the sponsorship of the Federation of Women's Boards of Foreign Missions. Its goal was to provide Christian literature to women and children overseas.
